Books are great for babies! Reading to your baby, at any age, increases their vocabulary to use when they start talking later. As well as being important for speech and language, they will have fun listening to different stories and seeing colourful pictures. They’ll love listening to the same stories again and again

My little one loves these books! There’s many many different types of animals (including unicorns, dinosaurs, etc.) and vehicles. These books introduce your baby to different textures they can touch which is a wonderful sensory experience

This is a fun story with lift-the-flap features so baby can join in with seeing what animals are behind the picture! Your baby will enjoy the repetition and have fun seeing all the different zoo animals
We’re going on a bear hunt
Babies love repetition and this book is perfect for it! The various sounds made in the story (“squelch squelch” and “splash splosh”) will be fun for baby. It’s an exciting and classic story
Baby touch
These books have attractive pictures your baby will love with the words matching so they can learn what they are. My little one will spend ages looking at all the different pictures. They also have these as black and white books specially designed for newborns
